Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Who Receives Consent and for What Purpose

I, the person identified in the “How should we address you?” field, give STARTWORK LLP, BIN 170840017819, consent to collect and process the information in my enquiry to answer my question, send requested materials and discuss the selected area of cooperation.

Information Included in the Enquiry

First and last name, reply email, selected role, requested documents, area of interest and question text, where completed. Evidence of consent must be linked to the specific enquiry and include the date, document version and acceptance.

Do not provide your IIN, identity documents, medical, payment or other information that is unnecessary to answer your question.

Processing Activities and Retention

The envisaged activities are receipt, storage, use to reply, correction upon request and deletion once the enquiry's purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, subject to statutory grounds for further processing.

Proposed consent and retention period: until the enquiry is concluded, but no more than 6 months from receipt; processing ends when consent is withdrawn, subject to lawful exceptions. Evidence of consent is retained for the same period. Once the purpose is achieved, data is deleted from the active database; residual backups are cleared within 30 days and are not used for new purposes.

Recipients and Data Transfer

The enquiry is intended for authorised STARTWORK LLP employees. To send it, enquiry data is transferred to FormSubmit for delivery to startworkholding@gmail.com in Gmail. I consent to this transfer, including processing by external services and possible cross-border transfer. Storage of these services' data in Kazakhstan has not been confirmed; no separate private storage has been connected to the website.

Consent does not provide for public publication of the enquiry and is not a subscription to news or advertising. Submission is possible only after I explicitly consent to processing and the specified data transfer.

Withdrawal of Consent and Requests
