STARTWORKSTARTWORK LLP - the group's lead management company, responsible for managing and implementing its projects. The company develops concepts, organises design, construction and engineering, coordinates group companies and controls schedules, budgets and quality.
Within SMART AUYL, the company brings territorial development, infrastructure, production and digital activities into a shared management system. STARTWORK sets the overall strategy for digitalisation and artificial intelligence, while specialised companies implement individual areas.
Our mission is to create sustainable economic and digital infrastructure that opens new opportunities for territorial, business and human capital development.
The project's corporate model allocates responsibilities between the investment centre, the lead management company, and SMART AUYL's national and territorial operators.

Graduated from Karaganda Technical University in 2011 with a qualification in Architecture. Worked as chief architect at Stroykom Astana LLP and led an animation studio. Founded the ARMANFILMS film studio in 2017. Member of the Karaganda Regional Maslikhat.

Graduated from Karaganda Medical University. Held teaching and management positions at the university. Has been a member of the Karaganda Regional Maslikhat since 2007. Chairs the standing committee on sociocultural development and social protection.
