The long-term SMART AUYL concept envisages a network of regional centres and rural territories connected by an integrated digital, production and logistics system.
The target scaling model covers 17 regional SMART AUYL areas and 51 ECO AUYL. Implementation envisages a phased approach reflecting the economic potential and characteristics of each territory.
